Recipes.

CBD can be consumed in a myriad of ways based on your individual circumstances, your condition or individual preferences. CBD oil can be easily consumed by direct ingestion via swallowing CBD tincture or rubbing directly onto your skin. But our customers have also started cooking with our CBD oil and have found the results to be delicious. 

Cooking with cannabinoid isn't difficult, and in many cases, CBD oils can be directly substituted for vegetable oil, canola oil or olive oil.  As with all CBD consumption, onset can be lengthier than with direct ingestion so we advise our customers to work their way up to a dosage that provides the right balance, our proprietary extraction process yields an odorless, tasteless concentrate so regardless of how much or how little you add, it won’t alter the flavor of your favorite dish.

Main Dishes

CBD Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
3 ml Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
2 TBS Vegetable oil
2 onions, diced
10 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
4 tablespoons ancho chili powder
3 tablespoons ground cumin powder
2 tablespoons ground coriander
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bottle light beer (or water, or stock)
1 large can whole tomatoes, crushed by hand
15 oz canned beans (Kidney or Black) drained
2 cups chicken or beef stock
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Salt
Pepper
 
Garnish
Sour cream
Yellow cheddar, grated
Green onions, thinly sliced
​Black Olives-Optional
 
Directions
In the Dutch oven on high heat, brown the ground beef. Remove the ground beef from the pot, strain off the fat and set aside
Return the Dutch oven to the stove over medium heat and sweat the onions, garlic and jalapenos in the Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil and vegetable oil, until translucent.

Add the tomato paste and spices and cook for 10 minutes then add the beer to de-glaze the bottom of the pot. Continue cooking for about 5 more minutes. 
Add beef back into pot with the stock and crushed tomatoes and cook for 2-3 hours until the chili has thickened.

Add the Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper to the chili mixture.

Serve the chili in a bowl, garnish with a scoop of sour cream, sliced green onions, grated cheddar and black olives.

CBD Jambalaya

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped into 1" pieces
1 tsp. dried oregano
6 oz. Andouille sausage, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 c.  chicken stock
1 (15-oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 c. long grain rice
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 ml Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. Lemon Pepper
 
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and bell peppers and season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes, then stir in chicken and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until the chicken is golden, about 5 minutes, then stir in andouille sausage, garlic, and tomato paste and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
Add chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, lemon juice, rice, and Old Bay. Reduce heat to medium low, cover with a tight fitting lid, and cook until the rice is tender and the liquid is almost absorbed, about 20 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil, green onions, and lemon pepper just before serving.

CBD Guacamole

Ingredients:
​3 Avocados – peeled pitted and mashed
1 ml Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
1 Lime-juiced
1 tsp salt
½ cup diced onion
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Roma tomatoes diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper optional

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime Juice, Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil and salt.
2. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.

CBD Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups diced fresh mango
1 cup diced fresh tomato
½ cup chopped banana peppers
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely diced fresh jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
2 TBS lime juice
1 ml drops Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD  Oil
Pinch of salt
Directions:
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  2. This is fantastic as a topping for potatoes, tacos, grilled fish, or chicken in addition to the traditional way of eating as a topping for chips.

CBD Mexican Quinoa Salad

This is a Mexican flavored quinoa salad with a twist. Quinoa is a superfood made into an ultra-superfood with the infusion of Ratoon Agroprocessing CBD oil. Even if you are not a vegan or a vegetarian, you will find yourself coming back again and again for this scrumptious quinoa salad. It’s also incredibly easy to make, as you’ll only need one large pan for this one-pot meal. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 ml Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 cup sweet corn, (fresh, frozen or drained if canned)
​15 oz. canned black beans
6 roma tomatoes, diced
2 cups quinoa, rinsed
4 cups vegetable stock
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 avocados, cubed
1 mango, cubed
1 tomato, cored/seeded and chopped
1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
2 limes, juiced
Directions:
  1. Mix together the vegetable oil with the Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil until it is blended well. Heat this mixture in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic to the oil and cook for about two minutes until it is softened.
  3. Add in the onions, corn, tomatoes, quinoa, vegetable stock, chili powder, cumin, paprika, beans, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir until it is mixed well, then cover and cook approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in banana peppers, and cook approximately 10 more minutes, until liquid is absorbed, and the quinoa is tender.
  6. Add mango and tomato, then fold in to combine.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the avocado and lime juice.
  8. Enjoy warm or as a cold salad.

Cocktails

CBD Cosmopolitan

Ingredients:
2 drops Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
½ ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce cranberry juice
½ ounce Cointreau
1 ½ ounces vodka
Orange twist  for garnish.
 
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, mix the lime juice, cranberry juice,  Cointreau, and vodka.
Shake up the mixture.
Add the Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil to the mix and shake again.
Add ice.
Give the shaker a vigorous shake for approximately 30 seconds.
Place a strainer over the mouth of your shaker and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with orange twist.

CBD Raspberry Gin Fizz

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
½ oz lemon juice
¼ cup frozen raspberries
5 drops Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
2 oz tonic water
Whole raspberries and sprig mint for garnish
Directions:
1.     Place all the ingredients into blender and pulse until combined.
2.     Strain into a glass.
3.     Add ice to the glass, garnish with mint and whole raspberries.
4. Enjoy.

CBD Irish Coffee

1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 TBS brown sugar
3 drops Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
1 jigger Irish whiskey (1 ½ ounces)
Heavy cream, slightly whipped
Ground cinnamon

  1. Fill footed coffee mug or a plain coffee mug with boiling hot water to preheat it, then empty. Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full.
  2. Add the brown sugar, and Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil stirring until completely dissolved. Blend in Irish whiskey.
  3. Top with whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back of spoon.
  4. Sprinkle grown cinnamon on top. Serve hot.

CBD Margarita On the Rocks

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 1/2 ounces triple sec
1 to 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
3 drops of Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil
Ice
Salt and Lime wedges for garnish


Directions:
Rim edge of glass with lime wedge, and dip into salt.
Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice and Ratoon Agroprocessing Goldilocks CBD oil in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake 30 seconds. Strain into lime/salt rimmed glass which has been filled with ice.
